Royal Life Saving National Vocational Beach Lifeguard Course :

Friday 2nd October 2026 to Sunday 18th October 2026

(This course will run over three weekends.)

Seapoint Beach, Monkstown and Mespil Pool, Sussex Road, Dublin 4

Minimum Age to Register is 16 years old.

Candidates must be able to swim 400 meters in a Swimming Pool in eight minutes or less.
